As well as the ingredients that are listed within the video you will also need A bread tin for the wood chips Wood chips Aluminium foil Baking tray and rack When the brisket is in the Roccbox and the wood chips are smoking, it is important that you switch the gas off fully and disconnect the regulator from the tank. When the the gas been switched off disconnected, wrap some foil around the entrance to trap the smoke. Just ensure that you leave a little room for it to escape. After 1 hour carefully remove the foil and take the meat out. With care remove the wood chip holder add more chips if needed.
