In the 1800’s our Peace Chief “Ganado Mucho” lived up to this moniker. He taught and believed in his heart of hearts that it was possible for our people to live peacefully among the new settlers to the area. He worked with “outsiders” like Lorenzo Hubell to bring farming, livestock, school, hospital, church… and more to the Navajo people.
