Decoupage is a technique of decorating an object by applying layers of paper , in this case I used Roycycled African Print Decoupage Paper onto it and sealing it with a protective coating. I up cycled this vintage dresser with a baking soda hack creating texture all around it and painted it in Midnight Sky by Dixie Belle Paint.
