For the pets of De Doorns, Athlone and Khayelitsha in the Western Cape province of South Africa, a total of 612 much-loved pets in under-resourced areas now have brighter futures. Thanks to your support, and in collaboration with Sidewalk Specials, The PDSA and Mdzananda Animal Clinic, a total of 612 pets were sterilised between November 2024 and January 2025 🎉 These valuable partnerships help to build a brighter future for both pets and their owners🐶🐱 and aid in the reduction of unwanted litters and the improvement of animal health and communities. Without preventative care like sterilisation, the number of stray dogs and cats will continue to rise, leading to neglect and suffering.
