Not only is it easy to make but also fun to cook and let me say the flavor was off the charts. This recipe was not only fun but it definitely brought smiles from the family. Preheat the grill for indirect cooking to reach 300 2. Add the blueberries to cast iron skillet filling about ¾ full 3. Add in lemon zest, cane sugar and ½ of the bourbon 4. Combine the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and coconut oil in a bowl. 5. Layer the crumble mixture over the blueberries 6. Take the remaining bourbon and pour over the crumble 7. Set skillet on the indirect side and add the apple and cheery wood chunks to start smoking 8. Cook for about 30 minutes, then pull and allow to cool for about five minutes.
