Why I Started My Channel

Hello friends! In this video, I talk about why I decided to start this channel, and what type of content I'll be posting in the future. As it so happens, I didn't know an MD/PhD even existed until my sophomore year in college when I serendipitously met a medical resident who had the unique degree. This person became my mentor, showing me what was possible and influencing me to pursue an MD/PhD degree, with a PhD in bioengineering. My primary motivation to create YouTube videos is to provide advice that I would have wanted as an undergrad, back when I was still trying to figure out my life. I'll be posting new videos every week on the medical school process, lifestyle, studying, and productivity. Thanks for watching the video!
