What is supposedly the final set of 7-star raids has arrived, or at least the ones before Pokémon Legends Z-A is out. Scarlet has a 7-star Roaring Moon and Violet has a 7-star Iron Valiant, and both have a variety of coverage moves which make them hard to take down with super effective moves/tera types. Roaring Moon seemed to be easier for me, but that's due to Orthworm really coming in clutch. It's slow, but it does the job. Just make sure to use at least 2x Mud Slap, then try to max out your Defense before going for Body Press. Orthworm @ Shell Bell Tera Type: Fighting EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def Bold Nature Mud Slap Iron Defense Body Press Just as an FYI, there seems to be a bug going on in these raids. Once you catch the one of the the 7-star raid Pokemon you cannot catch the other one in the same save file! It's unknown if this is intentional or not. So for example, if you catch Iron Valiant, you cannot catch a Roaring Moon when you join their raid. If you catch a Roaring Moon first on your copy of Violet, you will not be able to catch an Iron Valiant on your copy of Violet.
