In this episode of Timberborn, we focus on two big upgrades for the colony: automation and transport. After struggling a bit with the new systems last episode, I finally start getting the hang of automation, successfully setting up systems to automatically manage our bad tide protections and power-dependent buildings. I even manage to get power relays working properly to keep everything running smoothly. We also begin building a proper tubeway network, allowing our beavers to move quickly across the colony. Using tunneling dynamite, we place the tubeways underground like a subway system, making travel across the map much faster and more efficient.
