Damien was finally back home fresh off a 3 game roadtrip in Idaho for the Pro Image Holiday Classic. The Spartans went 2-1 in the tournament, their only loss to Idaho State defending champions Owyhee. Damien back in the Athletic Center for their home opener didn't waste any time jumping on visiting Aquinas. The Spartans got out to a 11-2 first quarter lead and never looked back. Eli Garner and Zaire Rasshan led the offensive attack while as a whole Damien held Aquinas to only 9 first half points. Damien continued their dominance in the 2nd half and cruised to a 66-41 victory over Aquinas to improve to 13-2. Eli Garner led all scorers with 16 points. This will be the last game for the Spartans until they host The Classic at Damien December 26-30th.
