[4K] Springfield, U.S.A.: Home of The Simpsons complete tour, join us in the town of Springfield as we take a complete walkthrough of The Simpsons hometown at Universal Studios Florida There is plenty for fans of The Simpsons here in Springfield, U.S.A., home of The Simpsons at Universal Studios Florida including two rides, a motion simulator called The Simpsons Ride and a spinning ride called Kang & Kodos' Twirl 'n' Hurl plus all the favorite locations including Moe's Tavern, Kwik-E-Mart and Lard Lad Donuts. As well as two Simpsons rides, guests, can meet the Simpsons characters, enjoy a Krusty Burger, try a Flaming Moe, a non-alcoholic drink that really smokes, take a walk around the Kwik-E-Mart to shop for Simpsons merchandise or try Homer's favorite drink, a Duff Beer. Krustyland has a selection of Carnival games which include Strike 3, Thar She Throws, Wild and Willies, Sideshow You, Help Santa's Little Helper, Catch a Fish, Ball Toss, Eye Carumba, Mr Burns Radioactive Rings, Itchy & Scratchy Whac-A-Rat and Dunk or Flunk. There is also a Hot Dog stand The Simpsons Springfield area sits on the location of the Back to the Future ride and the International Food and Film Festival. On September 7, 2006, Universal Studios Florida announced that Back to the Future: The Ride would close on March 30, 2007. The Simpsons Ride opened on May 15, 2008 replacing the Back to The Future Ride. Universal Studios then closed the International Food and Film Festival which was adjacent to The Simpsons Ride in 2012 and opened Springfield on June 1, 2013. This included Fast Food Boulevard, which housed Krusty Burger, Moe's Tavern, The Frying Dutchman, Cletus' Chicken Shack, Flaming Moe's, Lisa's Teahouse Of Horror, and Luigi's Pizza. A second phase consisting of Lard Lad Donuts, Duff Gardens, Phineas Q. Butterfat's, and Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck, opened on August 2, 2013, while the last item Kang & Kodos' Twirl 'n' Hurl attraction opened on August 11 2013. Universal Orlando Resort, commonly known as Universal Orlando or simply Universal, formerly Universal Studios Escape, is an American theme park and entertainment resort complex based in Orlando, Florida. The resort is operated by Universal Parks & Resorts, and is the second-largest resort in Greater Orlando, after nearby Walt Disney World Resort. Universal Orlando consists of two theme parks, Universal Studios Florida which opened on June 7th 1990 and Universal's Islands of Adventure which opened on May 28th 1999 There is also a waterpark, Volcano Bay, which opened on May 25th 2017. At the entrance to the Theme Parks is an entertainment district Universal CityWalk and the resort consist of eight Hotels, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, Universal's Aventura Hotel, Endless Summer Dockside Inn and Suites and Surfside Inn and Suites A third theme park, Epic Universe and an accompanying hotel is currently under construction and is due to open Summer 2025.
