Hello my CaliFitt Friends, Today I have prepared a lower body leg exercise for you all! This exercise will challenge you in terms of using your core to lift your legs to there full potential. While completing each exercise, please pay close attention to my body form, and structure. The Pilates bar adds a bit of resistance to your workout, so do not try to force your legs or other body parts to go further than what is naturally allowed. Once again, we want to stay far away from any unnecessary injuries. Since we have the ability to prevent some injuries while working out, let’s try our best to do so!
