I definitely do not recommend picking up a wild skunk and holding it like you see in the video. It will spray you! This is also not a pet skunk. This skunk was removed from a customers house like I said in the video. I prefer not to trap skunks if at all possible and I encourage my customers to use the one way door like shown in the video. One way doors allow the skunks to leave your home with the least amount of fuss and trouble. The skunk leaves the area and is not stuck in the trap waiting for something to come along and make it upset enough to spray. Skunks that are in a trap will be more anxious when approached and much more likely to spray.
