For further learning of what you are up against: • Видео -Basically in groups of people there are people who lack empathy called psychopaths. -Psychopaths have a 'need' to control other people and inflict abuse on them. This is a compulsion or like an 'itch'. -Psychopaths at work are most easily recognized by micromanaging and being extra hard on some employees more than others. -70%-80% of all workplace bullying are from managers. -These psychopaths destroy companies and departments. They put wrenches in cogs and ensure things don't run smoothly. They ensure constant kayos and ensure problem after problem with the answers to take actions which will create more work and more problems. -There is NOTHING you can do to stop a psychopath from bullying you at work. Your options are to leave or move to another team. If the person is a co-worker, you can take action to let them know not to f*ck with you. This will not get that person fired and will make your work life miserable as they will continue to undermine you to management and figure out other ways to get under your skin. I've been through it all. Seen it all. I've been stalked, harassed, filed complaints with HR, you name it. Big companies, small. I've also had some great managers and I would say that about %40-%50 of managers are 'non-psychopaths'. Most managers are needles anyhow. The most they do is just schedule who has time off. They usually just drain company money and resources. Even if they are normal they aren't needed most of the time.
