The result was sheer energy and strength: "Vega" is one of the sky's brightest stars which represent the spirit that drives them to make music. The band's particular sound attracted interest from music producer and Grammy Latino winner, Justin Moshkevich, who helped them record and produce some songs of what would later become their first EP titled 3.0. Once released (2013), the production got excellent reviews from specialised critic and media. In late 2012, VEGASONICA won Studio 92's "Bandas de Garage", Perú's most important radio rock contest. They competed with more than +500 other bands and played in front of +5000 people. The band stared as best new artist. They released their first music video "Cerca de Mí" directed by 4-times MTVLA winner Percy Cespedez. Within a week it reached over 30.000 views and is currently being aired on MTV's Wake Up Hits.
