________________________________________ Orbital Fornix Incision (with Video) Speaker Dr. Salvatore Lettieri This online LIVE event will briefly cover the different trans-cutaneous and trans-conjunctival incisions for exposure of the orbit floor. There will be special emphasis on the fornix incision with a safe approach for exposure of the orbital floor and highlighting of the key landmarks for repair. Learning Objectives • Identify pros and cons of different eyelid incisions • Identify the principles of orbital fracture anatomy Ophthalmologic and Orbital Evaluation Speaker Dr. Michael D. Turner Patients who sustain injury to the orbit can also have a concurrent ocular injury necessitating an ophthalmologic evaluation. This examination, as well as radiographic evaluation of the surrounding orbital bones and content, will also be discussed as it relates to surgical timing and treatment planning.
