Here in northern Minnesota, root cellars have always been a great way to store vegetables throughout our long winters. Now the Food Farm in Wrenshall, Minnesota is building a state-of-the-art root cellar for the 21st century to store more vegetables for even longer periods of time to feed the entire Lake Superior region.
