This is the first Flight of the day of my 1.2M E-flite Twin Otter on 17 Feb 2025, President's Day

This flight was with a 3S 3300mAh LiPo on the beach at Saint Simons island. I did not use the supplied rudder control rod, but modified the single throttle channel to have each motor on its own channel in order to have differential throttle in order to turn on the water. The motors are only rated for 3 cell batteries. I used half and full flaps on some of the takeoffs and landings. The high temp of the day was 50 degrees Fahrenheit with wind between 10-15mph. I kept the batteries warm before flights by keeping them in my shirt pocket. The first flight lasted 9 minutes and 45 seconds. Final voltage was 11.6 volts. The second flight was on a 2200mAh LiPo.
