How does the college trend back to Apprenticeships affect the next generations education? In this short clip from our latest podcast with Gary Hayers from ‪@efixx‬ we dived into this very question. Gary has spent much of his career in Further Education (FE) colleges helping future generations of electricians get up to speed with the ever changing landscape of the industry. He has devoted much of his own time into bringing college's and their tutors together as a collective, sharing essential knowledge and information that he believes will only help to enhance the education being taught in our college systems.
