Oh boy, was this curriculum review a long time coming! This video is going over an explanation of the Purposeful Design Language Arts program, as well as my thoughts and experiences with it during my daughter's 2nd grade year. This is a comprehensive curriculum that covers phonics, spelling, vocabulary, literature, grammar and writing. It has options for purchasing on-grade readers and a manipulatives kit, along with the picture book read alouds that accompany the literature portion.
