Today was meant to be a proper double easy day as part of my marathon training. I headed out for a 6K easy run at lunch, then planned a longer run of around 14KM in the evening. But things didn’t quite go to plan… About 5.5KM into the second run, I started feeling lightheaded, woozy and faint, so I cut it short at 5.91KM. In the video we also chat about what we listen to while running—music, podcasts, audiobooks and how it affects pace, mindset and motivation.
