The BCR is the ideal test system for imaging of fluidized bed processes in small scale for laboratory and test centre. Analysis of samples taken under reaction conditions allow the minimization of development time. The fluid bed technology accomplishes an impressive temperature uniformity and provides an excellent heat and mass transfer due to the very high thermal conductivity and gas-solid phase contact surface.
