Air Fryer Truffle Fries Here is a link to the Air Fryer that we use: https://amzn.to/3qs8Qsp Our truffle fries are made with Russet potatoes. In our opinion, Russets are the best potatoes for french fries. We made these in our air fryer and they always come out great. Recipe: Ingredients: 3 each- large russet potatoes 1/4 cup- chopped fresh garlic 1/4 cup- chopped fresh parsley As needed- truffle oil As needed- salt Drizzle- olive oil Method: Clean and peel the potatoes, cut to your desired size. (Keep in mind, the size of the cut will effect the cooking time) Cut the potatoes to your desired size. You can use a mandolin or cut by hand. Soak the fries in cold Water for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pat completely dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels. Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Do not use too much olive oil, just snout to lightly coat. Lay out potatoes on the air fryer basket. Fry for 10 minutes at 375 and finish at 425 for an additional 4-6 minutes, depending on the size. Toss with parsley, garlic, truffle oil and parmesan cheese.
