Have you noticed it's getting harder to find a decent pint of bitter in London pubs - and elsewhere in the UK for that matter? Am I the only one who is bothered by this? I suppose you could call this a "video essay" and no doubt it will ruffle some feathers. There are millions of hours of video here on YouTube of people waxing lyrical about how much they love American style pale ales. I personally am not a fan, and have observed how they've been replacing traditional English beer styles like bitter. Again, maybe I'm the only one who is bothered by this? ...but it felt like time for somebody to put this side of the argument across. Of course, I couldn't just sit on my sofa to deliver this sermon.
