Everything has been closed for the last 5 months and I haven’t been to a restaurant for almost a year, so today it was time to catch up on some much needed city life! Although the lockdown is over, cafés and restaurants are only allowed to have guests in the external areas for now. Shops are also open but they only allow a limited amount of people inside. I hope you enjoy a day in my life in Amsterdam. In this video we go cafe hopping, furniture shopping and if you enjoy Dutch food, we also try some freshly made Stroopwafel. It doesn’t matter what type of lifestyle you have, whether you are a digital nomad moving to the city or just here to travel you will definitely enjoy roaming around the streets of Amsterdam now that things are open again! Do you understand why there are so many bikes? Although no king’s day party this year, at least we can enjoy a weekend cafe hoping through the Amsterdam Oost and Centre.
