Valinor is the long gone land of the Elves, a safe haven and utopia for them that they now long to return to. For this godly, holy land, McCreary does something unexpected; he creates a childlike lullaby of sorts for the realm sung by boy sopranos. Along with high pitched strings, and some mild chimes, it creates a soothing, emotional melody that conveys the beauty and longing for Valinor that many of the Elves hold dear.
