The Naxal insurgency has reared its ugly head once again! 22 jawans were killed by Maoists in one of the deadliest attacks in recent times, on Saturday. This is not a new issue, it has been a problem for several decades now and successive governments have not been able to come up with a solution. In the last decade, over 175 jawans have lost their lives in this Maoist hotbed, besides several civilians.
