Utah's Other-worldly Hidden Gems Around Capitol Reef National Park

In December of 2023, Rachel and I took a 10 day road trip to southern Utah to experience the mighty five national parks. Leaving off from our day in Canyonlands, we explore downtown Moab, then head into Western Colorado on a whim. Along the way we come across an awesome roadside attraction and drive through towns with 0 population. Then we visit Goblin Valley State Park, before heading into hanksville utah for some of the best utah hidden gems out there. After this we headed to The Bentonite Hills, aka "Mars" an amazing sandstone formation filled with color, looking almost other-worldly. Factory Butte an area of off-roading that looks like the surface of the moon before spending a day in Capitol Reef National Park. Hiking to Cassidy Arch, a sandstone arch you can walk on!
