“Educational technology is the study and ethical practice of facilitating learning and improving performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources” (Robinson, Molenda, & Rezabek). “It represents efforts to design, develop, and use technology to achieve a never-ending array of desirable educational outcomes, including improving learning, increasing retention rates, enhancing teaching effectiveness, reducing costs, and increasing access” (Veletsianos & Moe, 2017). Educational technology is the process of integrating technology into policy, pedagogy, operation, classroom management, assessment, professional development, and the ethical aspects of education.
