999 - Female Junpei Text Mod - Part 10: The Laboratory

Part 10 of the Female Junpei Mod Showcase, starting over from the beginning and covering everything up to the end of the Laboratory escape. "What is this mod?" It is a mod for the Nintendo DS version of Zero Escape: 999 that edits the text to make the main character, Junpei, a female character. This is purely a text replacement mod and any images, sprites, or animations are unaltered. It also does not make any significant changes to the story. "I noticed some image/audio bugs." This copy of the game is being run on an emulator and 999 has historically had trouble running on those, the pre-rendered 3D cutscenes in particular having pretty unavoidable issues. There isn't much I can do about them, so I apologize if they hinder the viewing experience. "I noticed a typo/mistake in the game's text." Please let me know about them! I'm just one person working on this and I would love to hear feedback on any mistakes so I can make this as good as I can. Please be nice about it though. "Will this mod be released for public use?" Maybe? I know I'll only release it if I finish the mod in its entirety. Even then, I'd need to do some research on how I'd be able to distribute it as I don't want to get into any legal trouble for it. "Will there be a version for the remastered version of 999 in the Nonary Games Collection?" The main reason I chose the DS version was due to the lack of voice acting, allowing for a more immersive experience with the mod. Additionally, the more narration heavy DS version has more opportunities to showcase the changes that come with this mod. On top of all of that, I have no idea how I would go about editing the remastered version of the game anyway. TL:DR No, I don't intend to make a version for the remaster, but anyone is free to make one based on mine if they credit me. Anyway, enjoy the video if you haven't already and thank you for watching!
