Heating with a Wood Boiler

I give a description of my heating system. It is a Froling S3 50 Turbo Wood Boiler. The boiler is 80% efficient. It is a gasification boiler which means is burns the smoke after burning the wood. This provides high efficiency with little smoke and ash. The system also uses two 400 gallon storage tanks to capture the heat from the boiler to use to heat the floor. I burn the boiler very hot and store the heat in the tanks. This allows me to not have to keep the boiler burning all day long every day. Some very cold days, I may need to fire it only once a day. Other times, I may only need to fire it once every couple days. I also describe the automatic backup system that is a natural gas fired boiler that the Froling system can automatically activate if the wood boiler is not hot enough to keep the building up to temperature.
