We explore this “seven miles of golden sands and sparkling sea” and Chrissy and the team have a go at some of most amazing things you can do to have fun while visiting. Reporter Leanna Lambert speaks to the locals to find out what is the best thing about Bournemouth and what makes them happy here. Thanks to Rock Reef Bournemouth, Chrissy also gets to zip line over the pier and tries out some of the other awesome activities on offer. She also speaks to Rock Reef Manager, Fi Sellwood. Chrissy also meets the Royal National Lifeboat Institution to find out more about what they do and later she gives her top tips on how to improve your mental wellbeing while at the seaside. Plus Chrissy finally does something she’s always wanted to try out and that’s surfing - thanks to the Sorted Surf School.
