http://www.RoadTestTV.com Drag Race between two bricks or high dollar shoeboxes with Twin Turbo V8's both hailing from Germany. One is the BMW X5M and the other is the the Mercedes G63. Both vehicles weigh over 5000 lbs / 2500 kilos (the AMG G63 is about 600 lbs / 300 kilos heavier than the X5M) and both make over 500 horsepower. The X5M is powered by BMW's 4.4 liter V8 that is similar to the engine found in the M5 and M8, and makes 567 horsepower and 553 lb/ft of torque. The Mercedes G63 AMG is powered by a 5.5 Liter BiTurbo V8 which makes 563 hp and 561 lb-ft of torque. The BMW X5M has a slightly better power to weight ratio and is likely more aerodynamic than the G63, however, will it show up at the drag strip? Watch the video and see what happens.
