Scare Zone construction is well underway at Universal Studios Hollywood for Halloween Horror Nights 2022. A new area will be used for a haunted forest themed scare zone that has never been used before, and a twisted sideshow circus takes over the event entrance. The unconfirmed La Llorona house appears to dump into a scare zone based on Latin Urban Legends such as El Cucuy, El Chupacabra, Tlahuelpuchi, El Charro Negro, Mictlntechtli, and El Cadejo. The Weeknd is confirmed for the event with After Hours Nightmare, and constructions walls go down around the returning Killer Klowns from Outer Space.
