Text Elements Not Supported error in Cricut Design Space

The dreaded Text Elements Not Supported error in Cricut Design Space. Are you getting an error in Cricut Design Space that says "The uploaded SVG contained the following items that are not supported: Text Elements"? You used to be able to click continue and the SVG would still upload. Well...those days are over but I've figured out how to fix the issue for free using Inkscape. There are 2 different methods. You may need both or just one depending on what the issue is with your SVG file.
