While returning from Chamba to Kangra we visited Masrur rock cut caves, Shree Jwala Mukhi temple along with Pragpur and Garli village, these are heritage villages of HImachal Pradesh. Breakfast - We had Paneer Paratha for the breakfast, opp. Chamunda hotel, average taste. Aloo Paratha - Rs 30 Deodar Trees - On the way to Devi Kothi temple we stopped at the beautiful place surrounded by the greenery of “Deodar Trees”. It was a great experience to walk here. Chamunda Devi Kothi Temple - Then we reached at the Devi Kothi Temple. The Devi Kothi Temple, in the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, was constructed by Raja Umed Singh in 1754 CE We had a beautiful Darshan of Maa Chamunda at this temple & saw the amazing paintings at the temple. Lunch near Chamba - We had lunch at the Homestay of Dhami Ji. We had traditional Chamba-style food for lunch - Rajma Madra, Kadhi, Kachnar ki Sabzi & Chasni Dar. We enjoyed the taste of the food here at this Homestay. Tariff of this Homestay - Rs 5000 including 3 meals Dhami Ji (Homestay Owner) - 9816620401 , I met Puneet bhai in Chamba four years back that time, he guided us through Chamba places to visit. This homestay we visited is run by his father. Average hotel in terms of service, breakfast facility not available. Masrur Rock Cut Temple - We travelled around 40 km from Kangra & visited the Masrur Rock Cut Temple. it was built in the 6th or 7th century. Entry Tickets - Rs 20 Per Person Jwala Ji Temple - After this we visited Shri Jwala Ji temple. The temple is located in Jwalamukhi Town of Kangra. This temple is among the 51 Shaktipeeth in India. The main attraction of Shree JwalaMukhi Temple is the eternal flames representing the image of a deity, Jwala Ji. Lunch - We had our Lunch at the Fateh Dhaba & met there two of our subscribers who also runs a YouTube channel. Thali Cost - Rs 120 Heritage Village Pragpur - We travelled 20 km & reached the Heritage Village Pragpur, first here we visited the 100-year-old Heritage Property - Naurang Yatri Niwas. Tariff - AC Rooms - Rs 2200 Non-AC Rooms - Rs 1800 Hotel Chateau Garli - We also visited one more 100-year-old Heritage Property - “Hotel Chateau” in Garli Village.
