What 2022 has in store for the Sectional Title industry

For our first webinar of 2022, we considered what this year has in store for the sectional title industry: What changes can we expect and what do we have to look forward to? Our panel included the newly appointed Chairperson of NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents), Guy Pansegrouw, who set out NAMA’s vision for the year, giving us a taste of what we can expect at the NAMA Indaba in September. We also welcomed Johlene Wasserman from CSOS to the panel. She provided insights to legal amendments we can expect along with the possible implications be for the industry.
