17. Internationale Modellbaumesse Ried 2025

Nach der letztjährigen Pause, wo es mich zur SMC in die Niederlande verschlagen hat, ging es diesmal wieder zu meiner angestammten Lieblingsveranstaltung, nämlich der Modellbaumesse Ried im schönen Österreich. Wie ihr euch sicher denken könnt, war die Vorfreude groß! Obwohl es bereits meine 10. Teilnahme an dieser Veranstaltung war, werde ich dieser Messe niemals müde. Die Organisation klappt gut, das Publikum ist so interessiert wie zahlreich und dank der vielen Freundschaften, welche sich im Lauf der Jahre etabliert haben, findet sich immer ein guter Kumpel für ein schönes Gespräch auf dem Messegelände. Höchster Wohlfühlfaktor! Darüber hinaus warten die Aussteller immer mit einer vielseitigen Auswahl an Modellen auf, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Auswahl an Photos, welche ich hier in diesem Video zeige, belegen dies. In all den früheren Ausgaben dieser Veranstaltung habe ich noch nie so viele tolle Photomotive gefunden wie dieses mal. Ich bin jedenfalls mit einer Menge Inspiration und Motivation nach Hause gefahren! Die Anzahl der Händler erschien mir dieses Jahr etwas kleiner, was dazu führte, dass der Geldbeutel geschont wurde. Trotzdem wurde ich natürlich hie und da fündig, sodass der Jäger und Sammler in mir auch zufrieden war. Ihr seht, ich hatte ein tolles Wochenende in Ried! So muss das sein. Störend ist allein die Tatsache, dass die SMC und Ried stets auf das selbe Wochenende fallen, sodass auch nächstes Jahr wieder die schwere Entscheidung ansteht, wohin ich wohl fahren soll... As you can proboably tell the pleasant anticipation was great! Although this was the 10th time i have participated in this show i never get tired of it. The organisation process is very good, the audience is as interested as numerous and thanks to all the friendships that were established over the years i never ran out of good friends to talk to in the expo halls. Highest possible feel-good factor! Furthermore the exhibitors had a very eclectic selection of models on display, so there was something of interest for everyone. The small selection of photos i show you here in this video are a testimony to that. In all the previous editions of this event i have never ever found as many nice models to photograph as this year. I certainly returned home with plenty of inspiration and motivation! The number of vendors appeared to be a bit smaller than usual this year, so the weekend went easy on my wallet. Obviously i still found something here and there, so the hunter and gatherer in me was more than satisfied. As you can see i had an excellent time in Ried! That is how it should be. The only annoying thing is the fact that the SMC and Ried almost always take place on the same weekend, so i will have to make a very hard choice on where to go again next year...
