One more experience off of the bucket list! We had planned to come to Munich to enjoy Oktoberfest for the first time. In total, we enjoyed a full 3 days of exploring the city where our first day consisted a decent Pho place, but also a nice walking tour with a tour guide who was not local, but from the US. He was wonderful and really gave us an amazing tour of the hot spots around Marienplatz. The most interesting story he told us revolved around Frauenkirche and the legendary Devil's footstep. The highlight of our trip was Oktoberfest! Coincidentally, we met friends from the US who were also there at the same time which was super exciting. This event is something that should be on everyone's bucket list as it was so much fun! We truly enjoyed ourselves drinking beer, hanging out with friends and of course tasting all of the wonderful foods. It's definitely a one of a kind experience. Have you ever been to Oktoberfest?
