This is part two of a two-part documentary showing the complete rebuild and upgrade of a very early example of the famous Phase Linear Model 700 power amp. I used to own one of these amps (a 700 MKII), and I have worked on many of them, but this is the first time (I think) that someone has wanted to have EVERYTHING done at once. And it's definitely the first time I've rebuilt one this old. This one was made within the first year or two of production, and it's a bit different to most of the PL700's out there. This part shows the last mod done to the amp, and the results of testing.
