Comprising of 2 Singaporean brothers, Amos and Adam, Scarlet Avenue started their musical journey in 2005 in France when their parents were stationed there for work. Influenced by the rich musical culture of Europe, they were inspired to sing and perform in both English and French. Upon coming back to Singapore, they began their creative journey in writing songs and performing in cafes. In 2013, their vocal quality and song writing ability captured the attention of Singaporean record label United Records.
