Bringing Back Butte Documentary: The Recovery of a Historic Oregon Logging town

Hello to all of my viewers! For the better part of my senior year at SOU, I solo directed and produced a documentary on the town many Oregon locals know as Butte Falls. It's pretty in-depth about the town's history, its relation to the rest of Southern Oregon, and the social-economic impact of the town and region; all centered around one man and a project to educate local students of the town. This man is Chris Mathas. It was a pleasure to work with him and share this critical story that also pertains to many other places in the Pacific Northwest. The film has already won an Award for Best Oregon Film, Finalist for Most Inspirational Film, and Finalist for Best Documentary in the Oregon Short and Documentary Film Festivals.
