Pahalgam Terror Attack Mastermind and LeT’s Deputy Chief, Saifullah Kasuri, Openly Threatens India A new threat video from across the border has caused concern in India. Lashkar-e-Taiba’s deputy chief, Saifullah Kasuri, who is believed to be behind the Pahalgam terror attack, has openly threatened Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the viral clip, Kasuri praises Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir, calling him “Field Marshal,” and urges him to “teach a lesson” to PM Modi. Kasuri accuses India of “water terrorism,” claiming New Delhi released water deliberately to cause floods in Pakistan. His remarks come just days after Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif raised the Indus Waters Treaty issue at the United Nations, accusing India of violating it. India, however, has linked the suspension of the treaty to Pakistan’s continued support for cross-border terrorism.
