March 3rd is the "Hina Matsuri" (Doll's Festival), a traditional Japanese event. I made "Chirashi Sushi" (Scattered Sushi), a traditional Japanese dish eaten during the Doll's Festival. It's colorful and has lots of ingredients, including vegetables, eggs, and fish. It was so delicious! Spending time relaxing at home calms our hearts. It's been getting warmer little by little lately. We are looking forward to planting vegetables in the field.
