This project was launched on July 1, 2022 and is located in Jaro – the largest district in Iloilo City along Iloilo Circumferential Road. SM owns __ hectares in the area and will be putting a mall right beside the condo project providing convenience and comfort to the unit owners. Since this is a mixed-use development – meaning they’ll be developing both commercial and residential spaces, this will also speed up the appreciation of the project.
