First, I show you the lobby and stairwells of this building. Then I do a more in-depth tour of the elevators. These elevators, at least the hospital sized one on the right, is special due to the odd placement of a "P" level that is only feet above the 5th floor. The elevator opens to the rear for this level. The P level is not much of a level at all! The only thing I don't like about these is that they nudge too fast during peak times of the day. When everybody's getting out of class, vise versa, the elevators nudge regularly, oftentimes when people are just starting to get on after the first group exits the cab. I might try to capture a video of these elevators nudge during peak conditions. Also, for 5 full stories, these elevators really should be traction. The Otis traction elevators across the street in the Levine IT building (5 floors) seem to handle these peak conditions much better with minimal wait times and no nudging.
