Get ready to embark on a culinary journey to Hyderabad with this aromatic and mouth watering dish! To begin, heat a frying pan and pour 4 spoons of oil. Add a couple of bay leaves, mace, elaichi, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and shah jeera. Mix everything well to release their fragrant aromas. Next, add a handful of cashew nuts and a bowl of chopped onions. Stir-fry them until the onions turn golden brown. Now, it's time to add the flavours of green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and Priya ginger garlic paste. Stir everything together to create a tantalizing base for your biryani. Add chopped beans, carrots, potato pieces, and cauliflower to the pan. Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables cook for 5 minutes, allowing them to absorb the aromatic spices. Once the vegetables are partially cooked, it's time to add the star ingredient - Priya Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani Masala. Sprinkle 2 spoons of the masala and a spoon of red chilli powder into the pan. Pour half a bowl of curd over the mixture and give it a good stir.
