A wonderful hike on PR-TF 65, PR-TF-65.3 and PR-TF 65.1 from El Molledo; a small town near Santiago del Teide, on the southern flanks of the Teno Mountains. Stunning views from Degollada del Roque of the impressive Risco Blanco, and the two gorges Barranco Mancha de los Diaz and Barranco del Natero / Barranco Seco. Great views, too, over El Teide, Tamaimo and La Gomera. We went on an almost similar trip in 2024, but just had to repeat the route here in 2025. How is the trail on the El Molledo loop? Is it difficult?. No, not really. Most of the trail is moderate, but some sections are a bit more challenging. The route is short, but basic fitness is necessary.
