In this video I explain How to name your Preferred Notary Signing / give instructions to Escrow / Title if you are a Realtor or Loan Officer. 4 different ways to do it / 4 different options Instruct your preferred escrow / make an introduction to have them using your preferred Notary Signing Agent for all your future closings with them. Mainly Sellers Packet even if they may sometimes do your Buyers Packet closings Instruct an Escrow that you don't especially know for the closing of Buyers you represent in a specific transaction.
