This footage was taken during our epic ride with the Middle Tennessee PWC Club while touring Lake Cumberland, KY last month. Amazingly, the supercharged SVHO (Super Vortex High Output) 1,812cc 4-stroke produces an "unofficial" 256-horsepower yet still retains Yamaha's signature fuel efficiency. Coupled with the brand's stellar NanoXcel2 lightweight bonding material, the GP1800 is a stripped-down hot rod that can be ridden at wide-open as easily as at quarter-throttle.
