Babars Pasta & Chicken Angara with Gravy | Masala Mornings | Shireen Anwar | 6 Oct 2023 | MasalaTv @MasalaTVRecipes Subscribe To MasalaTV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV BABARS PASTA WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Spaghetti boiled ½ packet Butter 2 tbsp Flour 1 tbsp Crushed garlic 1 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes ¼ cup Oil sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp Red Thai chili 1 Milk 1 cup Cream 2 cups Chicken powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Crushed black pepper 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp Dried parmesan cheese ¼ cup Cheddar cheese ¼ cup Salt 1 tsp Chicken breast ½ kg julienne Marinate Chicken Julienne with; Smoked paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Oil 1 tbsp METHOD FOR PASTA : Marinate chicken julienne with all the above ingredients, grill in 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter for 10 mins, and remove. Take another wok, heat butter and sun-dried tomatoes, oil, and crushed garlic, add flour, red chili flakes, Thai red chilies chopped, onion powder, garlic powder, crushed basil leaves, black pepper, salt, prepared blended sun-dried sauce with cream, when boiling add cheese, cook till cheese melts and mixture boiling, add spaghetti to it. TO SERVE: Remove pasta to a platter in a heaped style, add sun-dried tomatoes sliced, chicken sliced, grated parmesan, and parsley, and serve with garlic bread. METHOD FOR SAUCE : Blend ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes with milk and 2 packets of cream. Heat butter and oil, also add 2 tbsp oil from sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped garlic, add flour, and fry, you can add olives and jalapenos, and cook till thick. CHICKEN ANGARA WITH GRAVY WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients: Coriander seeds 2 tbsp whole Cumin 1 ½ tsp Dried red chilies 6 Black pepper whole 1 tsp Cloves 2 Green cardamom 2 Cinnamon sticks 2 Cashew nuts 5 Almonds 5 METHOD : Roast all the given ingredients for 3-4 mins, cool, and grind very finely. Other Ingredients : Chicken 16 pcs 1 kg Grounded roasted masala as required Tomatoes blended 4 Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Yogurt 2 cups Dried fenugreek 2 tsp Chili powder 2 tsp Salt 1 ½ tsp Brown onion ground 1 cup Oil ½ cup METHOD : Mix chicken with all the given ingredients and leave it for 2 hours, put the marinated chicken on high flame for 2 mins, then leave it on low, and cook for half an hour till chicken is done, add coriander leaves, give dum of coal, and serve with nan or paratha. #babarspasta #chickenangara #angaragravy #masalamornings #shireenanwar #masalatvrecipes #masalatv Also follow us on other social platforms.
